I'm afraid many of us here in the Waze community don't have access to Waze Rider yet, which means we might not all be able to assist you or provide more information than what can be found in the help pages for the app:

If not, they seem to have a "Contact us" page too.

Waze rider - refund and payment for me as a driver

Hi,

I've been a driver in waze rider over a month.
The last time I helped a passenger and have given him a ride to his destination I saw a message from waze rider that my account has ~60 NIS credit.
I saw an information that the refund is at the 15th of each month if your account has > 50 NIS.

My question is: How do I receive the refund? I was asked for no bank account or PayPal and wasn't informed in any way how I will be paid by the amount I've accumulated until now...
