[Page update proposal] Benelux Roads (General)

The 'Benelux Roads (General)' page contains two sections that need rework.
  1. The introduction starts with 'Since the takeover by Google, Waze is using the search function of Google'. This seems to be out of place and is outdated. Maybe the 'Quick Start' page is a better location for this info. Is it OK to move and update this paragraph to the 'Quick Start' page?
  2. The Temporary conventions section is outdated. This section was also never translated into dutch. Is there any active temporary convention that has to be added here? If not, is it OK to simply remove this section?

Or can we remove the text at point 1 completely? Of course there are some cases where the data is out-dated, but in general I don't think it is that bad. And now we can link a Google place to a Waze place, we have more influence on the exact location.
