Agreed, it's not a problem with the schema, as I had munched roads the day before, just curious if you'd seen anything like it.

I have just been accepted onto the beta team. Is there any conflict running a custom schema while running the beta app, given that custom schema display some road types that are not displayed on the production app?

I really, really like the narrowed segments, but the jury is still out on the new one.
I'm finding that the guidance line is easy to lose on the map.
This morning, I knew I had a turn coming up in 1/2 mile, and Waze informed me thusly.
This was a MH to mH turn, so from blue onto green.
For the life of me I could not see the navigation line turning left until I got to within 1/4 mile and the map zoomed in.

I didn't see them in the Wiki last Thursday. It was still your original.

Confirming these schemes still work just fine with the latest Android beta 3.9.6.0

That is a really great idea and we certainly appreciate the effort.

Unfortunately, the old files stopped working on the iOS release of Waze 4.x
Perhaps they will still work on the Android version (release date "soon") but we won't know until it gets into beta and someone tries it.

I did these this evening.
Inspired by PZ's original map editors for 3.x
Narrowed the traces a bit and basically copied the WME schema.
Slightly darkened the background, and added black borders.

Copied that to "Night", blacked out the background, and changed the borders to white. Darkened "Street" so it wasn't the stark white at night.

PZ, if you'd like to post this to the Wiki I'd appreciate it.

I get the same thing, either black or white, but if I tap in the box, the color changes and I can then use the slider.
