It's not an issue with TB. It happens for me without TB enabled.G_W1Z wrote:TB is causing some kind of conflict when dropping the SV man onto the map to show SV. The SV pane is black the first time, but then if I drag and drop the SV man again, it shows. When I disabled TB and tried this, it loaded SV on the first time in multiple instances.

Just to make sure you're aware, 'Suppress unneeded junctions' does not respect the new Tunnel setting as it does for Toll Roads.

I still cannot see locks. Is that a known issue?JohnDoe75 wrote:That was fastBellHouse wrote:We haven't looked into this yet, so we can't give an answer at this stage. In other words, there won't be a multi-threaded version of Tb available soon.JohnDoe75 wrote:Will TB support Electrolysis on FF ?

But Toggle TB Lock is off and not on (as it used to) when you start WME
All segments lock and TTS Overrides options are checked when you start WME

Is it _THAT_ hard to make a fix for Toolbox? Especially in light of fact that we do not know when stable chrome v60 will be released.

How does Toolbox analyze road segments and deem that there are extra nodes that can be deleted? How can it tell from analyzing a road that so many segments are not needed?

Has the simplified segments feature been removed?CCATjockey wrote:I agree with your thought about 'simplifiable segments' being too liberal, and "database space" but what are your thoughts about the processing time taken up by perhaps millions of unneeded geometry handles? Don't all those unnecessary vector calculations have to be done over and over each time a tile update is done?sketch wrote:It is my opinion that the Toolbox 'simplifiable segments' highlight is too liberal with what it suggests can be simplified, anyway.
Segment geometry is not a big deal. "Extra" geometry handles do not take up an appreciable amount of "database space" in a database that includes and encourages full-resolution photos for venues. This is old thinking.
If the segment lines up with the aerial, it's fine.
