The list is here: http://bit.ly/WazeAMs -- but it looks like someone (not me, obviously!) went in and messed it up pretty bad :x ... most of the usernames in the ID field are not properly aligned with the other data. Is there a way to undo changes that someone else made in that document?

I absolutely love the competition in here. :) Makes me wonder who my area manager is for Michigan. I know I stumbled on the list before - I will find it again.

Correct, the prior support email is no longer checked or responded to.

Waze has rightfully moved away from disorganized, your request is not being tracked and can get lost, time consuming email support. They want everyone using their support system. Ideally if the answer is in self-support/quick help you get an immediate answer and it's saves the Waze support staff from having to process the request. If you don't get an answer with quick help, you can ask an agent by email via the system.

Did you try to send your request via the "Quick Help" in the Support tab on the top of the page? If you type a question there comes a "Ask an Agent by e-mail" where you can write your request.

This has worked quite well for my recent questions (update edit rank, additional permissions). I think that the "old" direct e-mail addresses are no longer regularly checked.

Well, I sent support a request, but they changed the support email to be auto-reply only, so I'll have to make the request on the forum. BAH!

Send a note to support. They don't run the process for that automatically because it's an unnecessary resource waster when that threshold only gets crossed once or twice a month.
