Works great when workingDohertyRams wrote:I started have this problem with the recent update on my iPhone. iOS 13.1.2
I’ve don’t everything, hard reset, soft reset, etc. I’ve deleted the app off my phone, reload it same problem. I’ve logged into my Waze on my husbands phone, same problem, but my husbands phone is working fine with same update, same phone, just a different log in. I even went to the apple store to see if they could help, all I know is my phone is set up properly to use it, that the issue is with WAZE.
I was having this issue also, even though it was still showing me driving down the interstate pretty accurately. I just cut my phone off and back on and restarted Waze, and I haven't had the issue since. I'm on an iPhone 5 with iOS 6.01

Vince, do you mean use the debug icon? I realised that I do not have this icon in my Client App whereas others do. Anything I've done incorrectly?vince1612 wrote:It's a bit of an incomplete advice actually...
To explain, the app can create logs of everything it does for analysis by devs so that they can eventually find what triggered an error in the code.
However it should be mentioned that 'sending the logs' is completely useless if you don't follow the steps detailed below, which include opening a bug report and being in debug mode on the app:

Got it ! Thanks Vince.vince1612 wrote:That's because to have it you need to perform step #2 of the help article I linked abovePatman888888 wrote:Vince, do you mean use the debug icon? I realised that I do not have this icon in my Client App whereas others do. Anything I've done incorrectly?
Based on this issue and numerous other issues like no update of points and edits for over a month now, can I get the Global Champs to consider asking if Waze should become a paid service? This is because it would appear that Waze does not have enough resources to fund these rectifications which are causing much frustrations to users. That will in turn push users to use other similar service providers. I would not mind paying a nominal amount, say USD5-10 per annum to use this service if everything works well.
Starting about 10 days ago, Waze starting showing "No GPS connection" on my phone (though GPS works for my other apps). I'm on a iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3.1, and the current version of Waze. I've tried everything from uninstalling/reinstalling the app several times to resetting network connections, and have been on the phone with Apple and my carrier (AT&T), all to no avail. No one has a clue. Judging by all of the other complaints on the Internet, it seems like this is a known issue that has not been resolved. As much as I do not want to delete the app, I may have to as it is rendered useless at this time.
Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

GPS have better signal outside a building.superdudeboss wrote:I am using Samsung Galaxy E5, and the Waze is still showing No GPS, showing approximate location. Although I had set the accuracy into High.
Eventhough I had let the Waze on for more than 2 minutes, it stills didn't catch the signal, even when I am at home using Wifi.
It can take more than 2 mins for several reasons outside the app.
In my routes, most of the time is under 5 min to get the signal, more uncomun is take alot of time (too many apps runnig at the same time, "bad" signal, etc.

Anyone have any suggestions? Waze's customer support seems awful. I'm ready to just delete the app for good.
Make sure you only have waze working, GPS on and wifi/network (best wifi) in the open. then pick a place near you in the waze app and see if the routes are made, to end see if the GPS are locking takes up to 5 min, if more report here.

Go to your mobilephone option menu and see if you have the GPS on, then go to waze and check if you have singal
it can take as long to 5min to get the GPS, also do that outside.
