Sad but true. The reviews are getting worse due to the disappointment about the WP version no longer being supported, and having a version that has not been updated since Feb. 2014, may discourage quite a few from downloading and joining the community. Which is sad and does not help the situation

Thanks for the statistics, but that still shows an interest of over 1/3 for WP vs. Android and well over 1/2 vs. iOS, not an insignificant percentage! If it were like 5% or less, I could almost understand the decision of Google, but we are talking about a much bigger percentage.

No, the Windows phone version does not support landscape mode.

That is true not only for the Windows phone version. I have been using a Samsung S4 android phone, with the same problem. Definitely a burn in on the OLED display, clearly WAZE related.

As Waze was purchased by Google, the provider of voice prompts has changed. The Android and iphone versions were updated accordingly, but as the WP version is no longer maintained, obviously there was never an update for downloading the new voice prompts. Thus, unless Google reconsiders its decision to discontinue WP support, there will probably never be any voice prompts for the WP version. I sure hope that Google reconsiders, as I got both a WP and an Android phone (and prefer WP), but I won't hold my breath.

I have a windows phone. My prompts won't tell me when to turn(it's not muted). Also my star wars prompt won't download. Has anyone else had this issue?

Furthermore, I recommend to post feature suggestions in the UserVoice-Forum since the Waze staff is not really reading this forum.

That issue has already been discussed here. As you can see the suggestion has been declined by the Waze staff to prevent people from spamming the map.

I have a Windows Phone, Lumia 920, and began searching this forum to see if my issues were already known. I have been frustrated with trying to update gas prices and connect to facebook. The list above seems to be fairly comprehensive of the Windows Phone issues, but perhaps not. Anyway, I also searched the wiki-waze for a comprehensive list of known issues. I don't think one is there. Here is the main wiki-waze page for Windows Phone, and I'd like to begin a discussion on whether or not "we" can add a section to the forum for known Windows Phone issues. That would allow everyone to stop searching pages on this forum and repeating this issues, and allow us to direct users to that section on wiki-waze as well the waze developers.

I just updated my Windows phone from 8 to 8.1 I can no longer see traffic reports. If I report a problem myself, waze lets me go through all the steps, but I don't see the icons.

Yes, I have the "Show on Map" settings correct.

If anyone with an 8.1 update does not have this problem, please let me know so that I can trouble shoot elsewhere.
