My thoughts are the same as Nomenclator1677 in regards to the learning everyday, the benchmarks reached on edit count of quality edits is a gain of experience in good editing practice and recognizing map issues, then in the proper corrections to adjust map for optimal routing.
As this experience is gained, and each level reached, we then pass that along and continue gaining experience in our ever changing map features and upgrades.
IMO the satisfaction of a level reached comes in how much I can pass to others to assist them in reaching their next goal and the camaraderie that comes with the being part of the community.
