Once the script writers get wind of the issue, a fix should be possible using averageSpeed. I currently cannot tell if that is useful for both directions though...because I'm a SQL developer ;-)
I see that fwdSpeed and revSpeed have both been removed from the segment attributes, presumably because they deemed to be not useful by HQ. I don't see any 'averageSpeed' attribute though, or anything else that indicates speed. I shall have to remove this feature.

Average speed may have been a useful indicator of problems, or it may have just been a coincidence that it went wonky some of the time. Either way, it's gone from the data, and its relevance is now moot.

Updated! Available from UserScripts now, and will shortly be available on Chrome webstore.
  • Remove extra speed data for selected segments, after Waze dropped it from the model
  • Fixed behaviour in Beta editor, wrt. house numbering (no Landmark highlights if not available)
I'll look at maybe supporting "Places" in the future once the feature has matured a bit.

Atuuu wrote:As now v.1.6 is now in all servers, Timbones, can you please redesign the feature "Highlight Places" to see places in more colors? Thank you!
Yes, I will try to fit than in when I get the chance.
wlodek76 wrote:Can we implement a highlighting of road levels ?
I did some small implementation based on v1.81.
Thanks, I will consider including it. No promises though.

Maybe, I think about it.

NEW VERSION uploaded to Chrome Web Store* and UserScripts
*Chrome will update to the newest version automatically

Only adds 1 thing: colour highlights for Places! :D
  • Places that match the City Highlight = yellow
  • Gas Stations = orange
  • Parking Lots = cyan
  • Water = blue (includes River / Stream, Sea / Lake / Pool)
  • Parks = green (includes Forest / Grove and Golf Course)
  • Everything else is left as pink
It may be a bit buggy, so let me know if you spot any issues or if I've missed out some categories that should be green or blue.

tonestertm wrote:So, the Toll highlighting does not function in the same way as the Editor Lock (variable opacity), and anything above Level 1 is considered "locked"? Or am I just seeing things wrong?
This is correct. Tolls are dashed blue if unlocked, and dashed red if locked above rank 1.
Mostly due to legacy reasons, as the Toll highlight was implemented before we had variable lock.s

NEW VERSION uploaded to Chrome Web Store* and Greasy Fork (moved from UserScripts)
*Chrome will update to the newest version automatically

Just a few minor fixes:
  • Automatic Locks now shown as dotted red lines (where available)
  • Tolls are only shown as blue dashed (ignores lock status)
  • Farms areas now shown in green

I feared that might happen. Given that Validator shows these too (?), I'm considering dropping this feature from my script...
