Request unlock L2-L1 Ladies Mile, Meadowridge, Western Cape

Need to change Ladies Mile (M39) segment at 18.44633, -34.03381.
Junction B no longer permits right turn into Engen garage.
Segment is between Huxley Drive and parking lot road.

Also looking for L2+ to approve adding places.
