I'm pretty sure I NI-ed it... The email the user has a subject line of "Need more info to solve the map issue you reported on Waze" and says "The map problem you reported on Waze ... has been reviewed ... but wasn't resolved, most likely due to insufficient information or non-exact location."

It falls into the insufficient information category... Where is "home"? Have you set your home favorite? How are you searching? It also points people to the forum (as well as the editing manual).

Also, there's a good chance that it's not a map issue & a search bug, and using the "Map Issue" report is not the correct place to report bugs.

Are the complex roads marked properly (as Private)?
