Won't allow turns

hello,

i added a new road that was just paved and it will not allow me to edit the intersection turns nor save the road itself. not quite sure what I am doing wrong. Is this a privilege setting?

Are you talking about the location between Rose Garden Ln & Jones Ln in Chesapeake VA? I found that they did a Mullen Rd Connector Rd here back in 2017 according to Chesapeake City Plans. Was this the location in question? If so I have added this to our map
