Attaching Photo on S60V3

I apologize beforehand if this is just my ignorance.

I am using a Nokia E63 (Symbian S60v3, non-touch).
When I post a traffic report in the client I do not get an option to take a photo or to attach one. Is there an option someplace that I do not see?

I would also like to know the answer to that question....

I've tried to find this option on every menu of the app, w/o success.

I'm using a N95 8Gb (NAM 3)

All I can find on the wiki refers to a touch screen version,
"This Help file describes the waze touch screen version. There may be slight differences between the versions for different phones, but most features will look and work the same. "
So I can only assume that it's touch screen dependent. For my phone the option is located at the bottom of the report page which ever one that may be. There is a large button at the bottom of the report page.
