Suomen ensimmäinen Local Meetup pidetään Tampereella sunnuntaina 18.11.2018. Kokoushotellina toimii Original Sokos Hotel Ilves. Paikalle kannattaa saapua jo lauantaina 17.11. viimeistään klo 17 jolloin majoitutaan ja vietetään yhdessä tutustuen mukavaa iltaa vapaamuotoisesti. Voit toki saapua paikalle myös sunnuntaiaamuna.

Kyseessä on Suomi-Wazen ensimmäinen virallinen miitti, jossa on mukana edustus Tel Aviv'n pääkonttorista asti. Jos kiinnostuit ja haluat osallistua, täytä tämä lomake https://docs.google.com/forms/d/16Nll-R ... kZQBzncLec viimeistään 5.9.2018.

Waze korvaa hyväksytyille osanottajille matkakustannuksia sekä tarjoaa ohjelman aikana seuraavat: meno-paluu lento-/matkalippu julkisella kulkuneuvolla tai polttoaineet oman auton käytöstä + hotellin pysäköintimaksu kotipaikkakunnaltasi Tampereelle, yksi yöpyminen hotellissa sekä ruokailut ja mahdolliset aktiviteetit ohjelman aikana.

Fyysisiä kuitteja ei tarvitse enää lähettää pääkonttoriin.

Suosittelemme oman matkavakuutuksen ottamista, Waze ei ota osallistujille vakuutuksia.

• 14:45 – 15:15 Wazeopedia (in Finnish, 30min)
• 15:15 – 15:45 Coffee break (30 min)
• 15:45 – 16:30 Waze presentation (45 min)
• 16:30 – 16:45 Feedback (15 min)
• 16:45 – 17:00 Group pictures / goodbye (15 min)

Englanniksi / in English:

The Finnish Local Meetup will take place in Tampere on November 18, 2018. The meetup venue is Original Sokos Hotel Ilves. It is recommended to arrive at the meetup location on Saturday November 17 at 5PM for accommodation and to spend the evening informally, getting to know each other.

This meetup is the very first Finnish Wazers' Local Meetup and we are having official representative from Tel Aviv HQ also! Waze covers flight/travel expenses to the city of the event and 1 nights stay at the event hotel, including planned group meals/activities.

Please remember that travel insurance is not included so please make sure you activate your travel insurance policy.
