Did you fix any UR's with smiley faces next to them. I'm not 100% certain but my understanding is that you only get points for fixing user reported problems (the UR's with the smiley faces). No points for fixing system problems (the ones without smiley faces). Which is fine since 99% of those are gas station parking lots and the only real fix is the one thing we don't want to do which is map them all in. So you just select 'Not Identified" (which used to be labled "No Problem").
If you did fix UR's with smiley's just be patient, some of the updates seem to be rather randomly occurring since 3.2 was released, but if you marked and saved a UR with a smiley face, you will get your credit.
hi,
I have the same problem too.
Is the problem supposed to be fixed since 6 months or is it always the same problem ?
As said m0rglbl, it's not really a matter of points (50pts is not a lot ! ) but more for the scoreboard
and I have another question on a close issue : where can I see the number of "map problems" I solved ? it is the same as "Resolved Update Requests" (this one is in the dashboard)
Herve
I don't really mind about the points.
It's just about the scoreboard that does not look very consistent as It's telling I never report a problem while I reported many times.
Since they moved to using the new editor as the primary editor the first report of a map problem stopped being able to be given out. They said they are working on fixing it, but it is not a high priority issue at this time.
Re: First report of a map problem : not done
