I'm finding that PIE is interfering with being able to edit APs. With PIE enabled, it is completely hit or miss on being able to grap a geometry handle to move ore delete. When I disable PIE, I have no trouble grabbing the geometry handles.

Thanks!

Thank you Justin, but I'm facing the same issue with places (like tunnels or gas stations) on Freeways, they're currently being located on the nearest "non-freeway" drivable segment!
Bye

Update released - 1.02.06

I'm not sure why it isn't using the latest WazeWrap automatically in this case. I am specifying the newest version in the @require now and it should be working as expected.

Confirmed! It works! Thank you!

This request may be too challenging, but when creating a new Place where the closest segment is a PLR, is there some way to trace the address for the Place outward to the nearest named street?

Justin -- first, kudos for this great PIE script. It saves a huge amount of time editing.

One feature I particularly like is the Simplify geometry option. I would love to have this functionality available for road segments. Any chance you'd be willing to port this code logic over to work on segments, rather than places? Or is there a script that does that already?

And while I've got you writing a new script...it would satisfy the OCD in me if the Orthogonalize feature were also available for intersections. Truing up junctions to get four 90° corners is tedious....

Thanks again.

Thanks. Toolbox has the "remove geonodes" tool, which is still enabled for R5 and above in the US. I was thinking of something much less drastic that preserves the segment basic geometry but reduces the geonodes. Such a tool has much lower risk than removing all geonodes.

This is wonderful! Is there anything we can do about existing RPPs, though?

PIE is highlighting this place as having an "Invalid Google link", but when I follow the link it seems perfectly valid to me.
