UK+IE Community Conference - Birmingham - July 13th 2019

Post by Timbones
This year we will be holding our 6th annual conference in Birmingham on Saturday, July 13th. This is your chance to meet with staff* and other users, to discuss issues and talk about all things Waze. The event will be held at the Novotel in the city centre, and will include lunch and refreshments. We usually start at about 9am, and finish sometime after 5pm.

(*Unfortunately we won't have any staff from Israel, but hopefully someone from the London office will be able to attend. Shira will video conference in, technology permitting)

As is traditional, there will also be an optional social gathering on the Friday evening at a nearby pub where we eat, drink and chat.

Waze will pay for Friday night's accommodation + breakfast, and usually reimburse travel expenses.
If you need flights, then I'll send you the travel agent form you need to fill in.

 Registration is now closed

Note: This event is for UK and Ireland editors only, and submitting an entry via this form does not guarantee a place as spaces are limited. Preference will be given to active editors and area managers, though we welcome any other new users too.

If you have any questions, please post them below.

Go!

Unfortunately I am not going to register this year as I've had to let everyone down the last 2 years. I certainly hope all who attend enjoy.

Yes, registration is still open! Venue will be the Novotel on Broad St, which is a few minutes away from the train station.

Twister-UK wrote:Does it matter if I change my travel plans compared with the mode of transport I'd originally indicated on the registration form?
No problem, I can update the sheet with any last minute changes.
Twister-UK wrote:Also, when reimbursing train fares, do Waze cover the cost regardless of ticket type (advance, open return etc) and class of travel?
I don't know about that, I've only ever gone with standard class. If the price is reasonable, they might not question it.
