Is Waze development team aware of the issue in WME where a new created place disappears from the editor, and later shows up randomly after pressing refresh several times?
Is there any solution or comment to this problem?

I have created 5 place points near Millard Pl here.

As I press the Refresh button, those 5 places show up randomly.
Sometimes I see 2 places at the same time, sometimes only 1 of them shows up.
I have never seen all 5 place points at the same time on my screen.

This is not related to any plugins, as all are disabled.
This issue is not browser related, as it exists on all browsers I have tried.
It also exists in the "Try practice mode", without logging in.

Does anybody see the same issue in the link I provided?

After some time they seem to stop disappearing, yes.
But these places in my example are now 4 weeks old and still doing this.

Unfortunately, I do not have access to WME Beta bugs forum since I am not a member of WME beta, so unable to create a topic there.
If somebody is willing to help that would be appreciated.

I did some quick searching but didn't find anything. I am actually unable to add or edit any kind of Place right now. First noticed when I tried to add some residential Places which are well off the main roadway where HNs don't work well.

Same here; sometimes a re-appearance can be forced to occur by doing a 'search' for the recently created place.
I assume it's because of 'mirrorng' delays or losses between servers, if such behaviour exists.

This problem is not related to WME. It is a problem with the tiles. It's probably related to the upgrade of the type builders and has been reported on that topic.

This has always been the case for me as long as I've been editing. When you create a new place, it will randomly appear and disappear after refreshing and zooming to different levels. Once theres been a tile update it tends to then always be visible.

This is not about mirroring, or if it is, then the mirroring is broken. Severely. Just for recap, here is quote from my post from the Disappearing map features thread with the relevant bits highlighted:
