Subs5,

Are you talking about the flowchart or the "pie charts"?

Is there a pie chart for the u-turn angle uploaded on the wiki already, or would we need to make one?

It was found that the normal RA (roundabout) criteria as they appear at the end of the Definitions paragraph do not cover all cases of a normal RA.
The exact criteria appears in the Israeli wiki in Hebrew. The exact conditions for each RA type were set according to tests made by zeze13.
Several cases were checked in ROW and it appears that it is the same as in IL. It wasn't checked in NA.
The following is a translation to English of that part:

An invalid RA is a RA that has 2 or more outgoing segments from the same node: This is an invalid state (since it is not possible to differentiate with the current instructions between the 2 exits). Such a RA should be avoided.
The other types of RAs below are considered valid and the above condition does not appear in them.
It should be noted that the type of a RA is defined for a particular entrance to the RA, and the RA may be defined differently for its different entrances (as shown in the figure).

A normal RA according to RA angles is a RA in which:
1. It has at most 4 possible exits (counting any type of road out of the RA).
2. All segments leave the RA (relative to s-in) at a normal angle.
A normal angle is an angle of 0° -15° or 75° -105° or 165° -180°.
3. It does not have 2 or more segments connected within the same angles range of 0° -15° or 75° -105° or 165° -180°.
4. It does not have a 165° - 180° exit that is to the right of the entrance (a counterclockwise exit - for right side driving countries).
5. Its radius does not exceed 25 meters.

A normal RA according to turn angles is a RA in which:
1. A maximum of 4 segments are connected to it (each type of drivable segment is counted, regardless of its direction).
2. All segments leave the RA (relative to s-in) at a normal angle.
A normal angle is an angle of 0° -30° or 75° -105° or 150° -180°.
Turn angle:

3. It does not have 2 or more segments connected within the same angles range of 0° -30° or 75° -105° or 150° -180°.
4. It does not have a 150° - 180° exit that is to the right of the entrance (a counterclockwise exit - for right side driving countries).
5. Its radius does not exceed 25 meters.

A mixed RA is a RA that does not meet the normal RA conditions or the invalid RA conditions, and the only condition for which there is no compliance with normal RA conditions (according to RA or turn angles) is the third condition that there is more than one exit in a quarter.

A non-normal RA is a RA that does not fulfill the conditions of any of the four cases mentioned above.
