Save the date: DACH-Meetup 12.09.20

Hallo,

Das diesjährige Meetup findet am 12.09. in Nürnberg statt. Mehr Infos folgen wenn ich sie habe :)

Hallo Felix,

schade! Ich hatte mir dieses Jahr den Termin bereits fest reserviert. Leider kann ich den Link nicht öffnen (habe keine Berechtigung).

Hoffentlich klappt es nächstes Jahr.

Hallo Detlev, am 05 Dec 2019 17:57 wurde noch der 12.09.2020 genannt.

Ersetzt dieser Post jetzt den vom 05 Dec 2019 17:57 oder verwechsle ich das was ?

Aufgrund der Covid-19 Pandemie wurden alle Meetups storniert.

Bis 2021 wird es von Waze keine offiziellen Treffen geben.

Dear community members,

We hope you are well and have been enjoying our Online Meetups, Webinars and Office Hours.

We wanted to share that unfortunately, we will not be holding any face to face Meetups in 2020, and we want to explain why:

As you know, international travel restrictions are still in place for most countries. Some might be lifted before the year's end, but making long term travel plans is not recommended.
Our beloved face to face Mega/Local Meetups are planned a lot of time in advance - booking venues, sharing invitations, producing SWAG and more, takes months.

Those of you who have attended a Meetup, know how dear these are to us and can probably understand that this decision was not easy to make.

Since COVID-19 started, we've been putting much thought and care into our Online Meetups, Webinars and Office Hours, so you could all enjoy meeting each other and Waze staff, even if it isn't face to face!
It has been wonderful seeing many of you join those online activities and share your warm feedback, keep it up!

We hope to see you in person in 2021, and in the meantime, let's keep rocking it with awesome online activities!
