Incorrect Directions Due To A Misplaced Pin Location/Road

Hi,

We have had issues with people having a hard time finding our house due to a badly placed pin location and missing road. Currently, people are informed that they've arrived at the wrong location. Our address is 5739 Valley Oak Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90068.

As you can see in the Google Maps version, the directions are correct, and Google recognizes the road around the corner to the home. I have made edits to the Live Map to add the extra road extension on Valley Oak to get to 5739.

There's one more little issue, which I've pointed out to you in PM. After that is corrected and the map updates a day or two later, your new edit should work properly. :)

Thanks! The address has been adjusted. This should reach mobile devices within a few days. On rare occasions it can take closer to a week.

To use the updated location you will need to remove the destination from your navigation history and search for it again. Tap the search button then the three dots next to the destination. From there tap Remove. If it's Home/Work or in Favorites, you'll have to go into Favorites and do the same thing there.

Make sure the address is removed from Waze and it's a fresh search!

Have you had luck with your own routing?

Many of the third parties handle search on their side and pass coordinates to Waze. Amazon drivers may not even use Waze.
