Waze obsolete when iOS6 is out?

Post by chrischtili
I am wondering, if Waze will be obsolete, when iOS6 is out. I know, Apple will implement Waze: But who will install Waze, when you have a navigation app onboard of your iPhone?

You don't like FREE updates and enhancements to the operating system? I do!
Well i do but from other sources. And i like to be root on every system, and apples philosophy is to avoid such things, thats what i don't really like on iOS. And it depends on what a user need from these os's.

Even if apple maps were to somehow be good enough to blow Waze out of the water in Apple land, it would be far from obsolete as we android users count for more than a couple of the Wazers on the road.

Remember Apple is not the only device brand out there.

And iOS6, is that available for earlier models of iPhone that users paid the same for, or is it getting bloated these days? ;-)

Requires rooting etc, not sure about it on a phone that's not technically mine.

I still think there are deals going on between the two in the background if you get my drift.
