Web Server and Cartouche Client v1.3 "White-spotted Snake"

Highlights:
1. Roundabouts bug fixes
2. Pending update requests menu for area managers
3. Disable turning into a roundabout a node that is the center of a roundabout
4. Remove junction on a four-way junction (will replace bridging eventually)
5. Return menus minimize
6. Separate add/remove node to add & remove individual tools

Quite a small release bug and feature -wise since most of it consists of internal architecture changes.

I can't get the "Pending update requests menu for area managers" to work. I know there is update requests in my Area but the window is not showing up when I click.

Same here, I get alot of Turn Restrictions on every junction I´m making. Have to mark the streets and choose Cancel turn restriction.

I was doing some updates last night and was quite confused for a minute or two when I couldn't see 'add/remove'! Took me actually looking at the options to figure it out...

Is the 'update requests' supposed to work in the USA server? Mine just spins a little and nothing seems to happen (less than a second or so.)

I was able to use a bridge over node feature just a few minutes ago. it still exists.

Try CTRL-SHIFT-R or CTRL-F5
Then you see that the "Pending"-Function isn`t there actually due to maintenance. (See next quote, it`s a post in this thread from yesterday)
