If you know that the closure is "finishing" works, it makes sense to change the speed limit. As you rightly say, it won't take effect for a couple of days. Already downlocked, so it's entirely up to you.

They were scheduled to be removed during the roadworks to remove the cones and reline the lanes etc.

I think it is being closed again tomorrow night to remove the cameras etc.

Was trying to avoid the numerous reports haha!

Happy to wait however until I get a report through that the change has taken place - just aware it seems to take 2 or 3 days to update.
