Colliers Wood, Greater London Unlock request

Hi Editors,

I would like to be able to edit the following segments.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Reason: This road is now a 20mph speed limit, but is still a 30 mph speed limit on mapping, I drive it every day and it's 20mph from the bridge crossing the railway.
Unlock to level: 1

If it's a very quick edit, like a speed limit change, than sometimes it better for us just to do the change then to mess about with unlocking/locking. Please note the following statement in the posting guidelines
Note that a higher level editor may choose to fix the problem themselves so higher value segments will remain protected at their level.
Anything more substantial, like your other request, unlocking is fine.
