Reason for request: Enlarge roundabout to match new size and connect segment into car park. (Also the car park layout will need improving if anyone has a better idea on the layout than I do.)

Thanks, will do. I actually do know why that segment is like that as it was a junction with a small road that no longer exists it that no longer exists which I deleted last night so yes I’ll merge those as well.

Downlocked all involved segments to L3 for you.

I presume you'll be using WME RA Util to move and enlarge the roundabout? You'll need to merge the 16' long segment on the southside with its neighbour (not obvious why they're separate anyway) otherwise it's likely to get in the way.
