We've uploaded a new WME version (both NA and INTL).

Changes:

1. Permission areas based on driving is now relative to the user's rank:
rank 0: 1 mile.
rank 1: 2 miles.
rank 2+: 4 miles.
(applied retroactively as well)

2. Permissions are now based on ranks and not on AM permissions, i.e Area managers can no longer edit segments / landmarks / cameras in their area if they were locked by higher level editors.

3. Auto capitalization: "to" can be now non-capitalized - EDIT - Relevant for the US only

5. I forgot to mention - one of the important fixes is that update requests from the livemap are now available in the editor.
