Turned off all the scripts except one - no Toolbox. Tried a different one, still nothing.

My production TM hasn't updated yet (probably a good thing), but when I tried my Beta TM (5.0.6190), I had the same issue.   
 

I found out some information from one of our outstanding script writers.

Due to a change in Content Security Policy change, you have to make changes to allow scripts that are dependent on the CSP to work

If you want to make the needed changes, here is how.

In the Settings tab of TamperMonkey, make sure you are in advanced config mode
Go down to the Security section and change Modify existing content security policy (CSP) headers from Auto to Yes
Make sure to click save at the bottom of the security section  
 

As far as I am aware, revcons don't actually affect anything anymore, but a lot of editors like to see them because it helps identify new editors or when a bunch of roads have been converted from 2way to 1way.

Roundabout segments are not detected and to be able to add HN on segments, you need to uncheck TB in the extensions first
