Relocked the first PL.
I think the 2nd PL should remain mH as it provides road type continuity.
Unlocked the 3rd PL (L4 -> L3). I think it should also remain mH for the same reason.
Unlocked the 4th PL. (L4 -> L3)

I'd probably make West St and Main St mH as well so that route isn't favoured over S River Rd to get into town.

Unlocks and relocks done.

Alright, these segments are ready to be locked (where the roundabout is on Hwy 4)

However, upon further investigation of the area, there's a few segments that are incorrect for naming purposes, as well as street type*?.
Permalink - change to Primary St

Permalink - change to Primary St/Rename to the right of this permalink, it was previously classed as a minor highway, but I have changed the naming (known as South River Rd as seen in Streetview at the intersection of Beach Hill Rd) and type to Primary Street. 

As well as the most of of Hwy 4 (except past the intersection of Hwy 316 should remain a minor highway) east of South River Rd changed to Major Hwy as well as some speed limits missing on certain segments. Some of these segments are already unlocked to my level for some reason, but I haven't went ahead with the changes.

Just want you to double check that this is indeed right and if I can go ahead with the changes, if not I can remove the ones I made already on some of the segments.
 
 

Makes sense for road type continuity and routing. I believe I made the correct for road types. All for a UR regarding roundabout and finding all these errors lol. These should be the last of the unlocks/relocks for this post.
