Unlock request in Moreno Valley, California

Hi Editors,

I would like to be able to edit the following segment(s).
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Reason:  This was once envisioned to be a gated private road but the fence and gates to block the road were recently removed.  I want to change it back to a normal road.
Unlock to level:  I am a level 2 editor.

Since @nivekeel is the last editor and most likely the one to lock the segment, he should be consulted before changing. Don't forget we're available on Discord for more immediate feedback.
