Hey,

I am sorry for late responce. Please sign to Slack http://bit.ly/WazePakInvite - it is the communication platform used by Pakistan Waze Community. As I can see the road which is closed to the area is L3 locked - I am unlocking it to L1  - you will be able to connect new roads to it.

Area of editing in Waze depends on the area where you use Waze application on your mobila - it opens automaticly along with your drives (it can take couple of days from the drive), the area covers 2 miles around the drive.

Please join Slack - the reaction of other editors will be much faster.
