After nearly two years of only connecting virtually, we are pleased to invite you to our first Face to Face Meetup pilot! 

This Meetup is open to editors of all levels from Benelux.

This will be a hybrid live/virtual Meetup, so if you can’t make it to the event in-person you can still join virtually!

Here are the Meetup details: 

• Date: Sunday, December 12th, 2021 
• Time: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm (CET)
• Location:  Amsterdam, Netherlands. The venue location will be shared closer to the event
• REGISTER today! The registration to participate in-person is open until October 25th.
• The Meetup is limited to a maximum of 30 in-person participants, so make sure to register ASAP to reserve your spot!
• We’ll make sure that it’s possible to connect to the Meetup virtually, so everyone can attend from the local community. 

 More Guidelines & Details - Please read carefully:

• Waze will cover in this meetup one meal, snacks, drinks, parking lot and of course - cool SWAG
• As part of the agenda, we will have Waze staff presentations and mainly content made by the local community members. Stay tuned for more information and a detailed agenda closer to the event.
• All local COVID guidelines will be in effect according to the local regulations. 
• Community members who participate in the event in-person must present a valid COVID-19 Certificate at the door or a negative result of a PCR test performed up to 72 hours before the start of the Meetup, Meaning, the PCR test must be performed after Thursday, December 9th at 1pm. 
• We will perform fast COVID-19 tests to all participants upon arrival (in addition to the PCR tests or Covid-19 certificate).
• Transportation reimbursement for fuel expenses will be provided only for participants that traveled more than 200 km in a single direction to and from the event using this reimbursement form. 
• Waze will have a representative from the production company who will organize the event and be available on site.
