Can't add gas prices??

I tried to update gas prices the other day and I got a message that I am a "Baby Wazer" and can't update gas prices yet.  I have been using Waze for years so how can I be a "Baby Wazer?"  No wonder the gas price feature rarely gets used.

A force close of the app and reopening/trying again usually fixes this.

If you have new phone or you have just removed and reinstalled the app, it might take a while before your true score gets synced back to the phone from the server.
