This is the user’s request:

[When navigating to Serbia, please don't navigate through Kosovo. While there are roads that lead to Serbia via Kosovo, there is no passage through them for some users. Only people with Serbian ID or EU ID are allowed to pass, the rest of us are being turned around by the boarder patrol. The problem is that Waze doesn't offer alternative routes to Serbia so that everyone that needs follow this route needs to change to a different navigate app unfortunately using Waze turned an 8 hour ride to an a exhausting 12 hours ride. Google maps is able to send us the correct route (not via Kosovo). Please change it so that Waze does not route via Kosovo to Serbia]
