Side note, not unlock related - using RSA script, I noticed an error for shields. Many of these shields for Hwy 201 and Central Ave (same rd) are the white shields, which are not used on mHs in the province. Brown shields are used for secondary highways, whereas white shields are used for major highways. I would fix it but I'm not the right level to access the shield feauture.
