Hello,

I'm here because of a problem that I have since a long time :
When I want to send a chat message on the map, or when I want to answer to one already on the map, nothing happen.
No one see my message, and the answer is not sended and not appear at all.

I think that once, I've got an error message saying that I was not connected to an account, but I am.

Do you guys know how to fix this problem, or how can I contact Waze assistance about it ?
