I can't tell if the road closure on Rd 104 next to the landfill is what is causing me to be routed to avoid Rd 28H or if something about the way the turns are configured in that intersection is causing the problem. It looks to me like the restrictions there reading "Turning from CR-28H to CR-28H is restricted on" might be the issue. Any help on that is appreciated, as this route can be a real time-saver to keep me off the freeway at rush hour.  -Andrew
