Is there anyway to get closer zoom?   Currently it appears we can only go in as far as Zoom 17.  

These are why I am recommending that they add more zoom levels.  We need to be able to zoom in much, much closer to ensure we get the report on the correct segment.

I would recommend posting in UserVoice as a feature request with more explanation of what you are referring to.

I wanted to point out that the Reporting Tool hasn't been working since this morning... the web page is reached but a white screen is displayed

Logging in again did not work.
When accessing from the partner page, inserting alerts in the test area is working correctly.
The problem is the loss of the area that I had.

Can they be restored?
Or I have to ask the CM.

What access link are you using?
The link https://www.waze.com/reporting is as you inform.
Access is currently via the Partner Hub.
 
 
 

Add an alert is not available. 

Agree with requests for higher zoom level. 

Do let us know if the area needs to be requested again.
