Our office physical address sends people a block away

Hi - I'm new here and hoping someone can help.
I work for the Los Altos Chamber of Commerce. 
If someone searches in Waze for the Los Altos Chamber it sends them to the right place, no problem.
But if they search for our physical address of 321 University Ave. Los Altos, CA 94022 it sends them about a block away to the middle of a residential neighborhood.
No problem on google maps. 

For some reason the "report error" button doesn't appear when I type in the address. 
We rent out our conference room and people get lost / frustrated at least once a week.

Please help!

Hi, and thanks for letting us know about this. 

We've found and corrected a problem, which may take a couple of days to update. After that, navigation to 321 should work properly. unless there's some other source pointing to a bad location. 

Do you happen to know exactly where people were being routed to? When I tried it, the destination was on University Avenue, but north a bit, about halfway between Main Street and Edith Avenue.
