It should be enough to just map the business and then set its entry point to be on the right road. We don't usually create segments for businesses unless they're very large or unless they have a large car park or access road.

Do you want to map the business in question and set its entry point? Of course, if there is a large business here that has a new access road, I can certainly unlock the R761 to suit.

I think you may be talking about Greystones Chiropractic Clinic? There's no Waze place for it so it's using a Google result and routing to the back of the property via Lower Grattan Park. As Davidg666 said we don't usually create segments for businesses unless they are a big area. In this case I would suggest a point place with an entry point just before it on the R761, and maybe add a linked Google place also.
