with whom can I discuss local ua champs for blocking my level 3 and setting me forcefuly level 2? 

I had few sessions with Hezi Cohen, but with no result for more than 1 year.

According to ua wazepedia: Ukrainian Wazeopedia page. any editor with more than 25k edits gets his level 3.

But huh - not me. 

And this is enslavement in community. There are major incidents when user johnydoe is locking POIs created or editied by me to level 3 so that I can not edit them:

I've sent numerous examples to Hezi, but he acts like he's slim shady (I don't give a f).

so far I can see there is no responsible people available here to work with editors? Especially when I point to errors on maps that champs level 6 have created to block me from editing map because I point to their (champs) huge errors.
