IMPORTANT - All OK. The update is complete

Today, Sunday 28th, Waze HQ are adding Counties to the Ireland map and all segments have been locked until this is completed.. Please do not try and edit anything until the completion of this work. It is anticipated it will take all day.

The import of the Counties is now complete and normal editing can take place.
