Hi Editors,

Submitting this for mods to consider

Reason:  Was at duty free at Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle two days ago.  Party in front of me purchased duty free items without knowing only those proceeding to US can make a purchase duty free.  The party didn't want to go to US.  Cashier refunded purchase and directed them back to Canada (and CBSA inspection) via road (not in Waze) connecting the two segments links above (road is in satellite view).

The road I'm referring to is marked by an area marker I just created.

There is also a CBSA sign facing the US side providing direction to cross over on this road (that is not in Waze) for inspection.  The exact text on this sign is "Everyone must report to Border Inspection."

This allows for travelers to U-turn back to US but will be inspected by CBP.

I added it to the Canadian side. And let the US regional champs know about the other requests.
