[L5] - Speed limits update on M11 around J7a

Hi,

I am wondering if an L5 editor can change the speed limits on M11 near J7a in accordance to my reports and descriptions posted in the comment area?

I have done this as far as I can tell. There are a few conflicting reports, but I have made a guess which are right.  :D

Hi Ian,

Many thanks for your help on this one. Sorry about that, I believe it's due to my GPS accuracy. I have commented on my URs where the 60mph limit zone is ending for the southbound lane.
