Hi Editors,

I would like to be able to edit the following segment(s).
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Reason: Mark turn from opposite street as difficult, prone to accidents, for example going East and turning into the AMT parking lot or going West turning into the restaurant parking lots. I also want to add the proper lanes and intersections.
Unlock to level: 1

+ Discussion, should Jean-Talon and/or Cote-Des-Neiges be divided?

  • multiple houses or businesses with no off-street parking are located directly on the street but are not accessible from the opposite direction of travel due to lengthy median, obstruction, or traffic control signage, or

Thank you in advance,

Sorry for the delay
I wanted to inquire because these rules are being revised
In the near future, it could be divided.
We are waiting for the final decision

For the difficult turn
there is already a small stub which adds a penalty
This is much the same as a hard turn.
It was the old way to do difficult turn.

We expect drivers to take the necessary precautions before turning.
Others might blame us for taking them around the block

PS
Many of us live in Montréal

Glad to see other Montrealers.
I'm in the division camp given the addresses on both sides. If there were addresses on one side, no issues.

The first and foremost priority should be safety of the whole and fluidity of the network.
Difficult turn is a setting people can choose so it is perfect.
They are also by definition an unsignalized left turn.

Right now, people turning is causing slowdowns, especially if cars are parked reducing it to only 1 lane.
