There is nothing to fix.  Waze does not have the Wyndham Houston - Medical Center Hotel & Suites in its Map Editor. 

The duplicate you are seeing in Livemap is probably coming from Google Maps.  I suggest you submit a request to Google Maps if they have it wrong.

Did you check in the app to see if the Wyndham location even shows up as an option?  I just check my app and I do not find the Wynham location.
