Unfortunately there is nothing we can do in the map editor to mark this lane closure, as we only add full road closures. I would encourage you to "report" the roadworks in the app when you next drive through. Be aware, that Waze will also learn that there is slow traffic here and may suggest alternative quicker routes if appropriate.
