Thanks for reaching out.  This is basically a two-step process.  if you want to do the edits yourself, you can directly edit the old location and just report it as closed.  Even though the current business appears locked above your edit level, you can still make recommended changes to the place and they will be saved as a place update request or PUR.  You can then create the new business adding all the details you can and save that as a second PUR.  If you let us know here, we will review and approve your recommended changes.  I offer this solution first since you did ask for an unlock meaning you'd like to make the edits yourself.

If you'd like, we can make the edits for you -- remove the old place and add the new.
