Level 4 - Street unlock request & potential Narrow Street classification

Reason: In order to connect up Simpson Street

Also, Simpson Street is used for access to St. Mary's car park but it is extremely narrow; some cars do use it but I highly doubt that most drivers would want to use it with the main entrance being significantly easier to access. In my opinion, Simpson Street would be best assigned with the Narrow Street classification. I know they are only used in very exceptional circumstances but setting it as a Parking Road would almost certainly route everyone down their with it being closer to Ring Way which I don't think would be suitable; setting it as a Private Road would penalise everyone including motorcyclist who would find it convenient and with it being a named road, having it not their at all is not an option.
Obviously I'm just giving my opinion on what I think is best for this scenario so I'll let a more experienced Editor make the final decision on this matter. In the meantime, I've classed Simpson Street as Private Road.

We don't use Narrow Street in the UK. Personally I would be disappointed if Waze didn't direct me down here to the car park if it was the quickest route. A Transit van or a nervous driver mightn't but we can't account for everyone.... Yes its very narrow, but its a classified street, with no restrictions and double yellows and the GSV car happily drove down there. There is a big sign at the end for the car park, so I assume there is an expectation that people will use it to access the car park. So I would map it as a Street myself
