Need editor permissions to update roads around M14.1 in Bosnia around Pelagicevo/Gradacac etc.

Hi,

I am creating some missing roads in north eastern Bosnia, and for some cases I cannot connect the new roads to e.g. M14.1 main road around Pelagicevo and Gradacac. Could someone please help me and elevate my edit level, so that I could finish and correctly connect those new roads?

If you would please provide the Permalinks for those locked segments, I can lower those locks for you. Alternatively, if you provide the PLs for your segments, I can connect those to M14.1.
